TACO STATION *
Make your own soft-shell or hard-shell tacos of mushroom & corn, chorizo & zucchini and traditional “ground beef” with all the classic toppings.
Pick 3 of any of our delicious seasonal home-made soups. Served with home-made focaccia bread, assorted toppings and garnishes.
Our hearty home-made chili served with rice, cheese, sour cream and our organic tortilla chips, as well, fresh salsa and home-made guacamole.
BAKED POTATO STATION
Idaho Potato & Sweet Potato baked on salt beds and offered with butter, sour cream, chives, cheddar & swiss cheese and other assorted toppings.
SMASHED POTATO STATION
Build you own potato bowl with mashed Yukon gold & sweet potatoes. Toppings include sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions, black beans, corn, jalapenos, cinnamon sugar, chives, butter, cheddar cheese and more.
ASIAN NOODLE STATION *
Create your own noodle bowl with wide & thread type Asian noodles, vegetable broth, tofu, cilantro, bean sprouts, greens, lime, fresh herbs, hot peppers, seaweed, and more.
Red Beans & Rice, Collard Greens & Pulled BBQ Jackfruit Sliders with refreshing Sweet Tea.
PASTA STATION *
Our staff will sauté to order any two pastas and two sauces for your guests to choose from. Includes fresh parsley, red pepper, fresh basil & garlic bread.
POLENTA STATION *
Our traditional polenta presented with three toppings: sauteed wild mushrooms with puttanesca, roasted vegetable chutney, and broccoli rabe & sausage.
Beyond meat sliders, jack fruit sliders & plant-based chicken sliders served with our home-made cole slaw & pickles.
HOT PRETZEL STATION
Plain, salted and cinnamon soft pretzels served warm with a variety of toppings including stone ground mustard, cheddar beer dip and ranch dressing.
Italian feast style zeppole made fresh for your guests during your dessert hour. Presented in traditional brown bags with powdered sugar.
BROWNIE & ICE CREAM STATION
Brownies served with vanilla and chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce.
ICE CREAM STATION
Our staff will present a variety of dairy-free ice creams accompanied by traditional toppings, cones and cups for your guests to make their own sundaes.
Our staff will present a table top campfire for your guests to make their own Smores… Station will include classic and flavored marshmallows, graham crackers, Hershey’s chocolate and skewers.
A decadent table of our specialty cakes, cookies, pies and brownies. You create your own selection off our master bakers list.
Fresh popped popcorn with a variety of seasonings including our signature “nooch”, cinnamon sugar, sea salt, Indian spice presented in brown kraft bags for your guests to grab & go.
