With wild mushrooms in a cream sauce or a pomodoro sauce

Black bean polenta rounds topped with roasted vegetable chutney

Eggplant Rollatini
Thinly sliced eggplant stuffed with ricotta & mozzarella and baked in fresh pomodoro

Smashed Baby Potatoes
Baby potatoes smashed and tossed with sea salt & fresh chives

Roasted Vegetables
Medley of in season vegetables roasted and lightly dressed
