Our kitchen is located in beautiful Sussex County, New Jersey, but our event services are available throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and surrounding states. Green Cart offers drop-off catering service to Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Ocean, Union & Warren Counties and elsewhere.

John & Marisa have known each other for over 30 years. They have been best friends, business partners and now, life partners. They combined their passions and talents in 2018 to create Green Cart Catering – New Jersey’s only exclusively plant-based catering company – knowing it would be challenging, not sure if the industry was ready, but ready to rise to that occasion.
